Design partners license Wolf Runtime at half of list price for the first year. You bring the files and workflows that fail in other tools, we fix what fails, and you can leave within 60 days with a full refund.

The terms
Paid, with a way out.
A paying partner gets our attention and we get real documents. Every term below is set in a written Wolf Runtime Order.
Half of list in year one.
You pay 50% of the Wolf Runtime list fee for your distribution band in the first annual term, so Internal starts at $7,500. The fee is invoiced on day 61, after the opt-out window closes.
Leave within 60 days, for any reason.
At signing we agree an acceptance test: your documents, your environment, your pass threshold. We run it with you before day 60. If you end the Order inside the window, you owe nothing and anything paid is refunded.
Your documents stay private.
You share a representative set of documents or failing tasks, redacted if you like. We use them only to reproduce, test and fix the engine. We never publish them, never use them to train models, and delete them on request.
Your name goes public only once you ship.
We list your name and logo publicly only after you ship Wolf Runtime to production, and we ask for one case study or quote that you approve. You can withdraw either at any time.
The exchange
Feedback for priority.
Your reported failures triaged ahead of other reports, a named engineering contact for security notices, and a direct line into what we fix next. Neither side is bound to build a specific feature, and no partner gets exclusive rights.
Who fits
Teams whose files already matter.
Good fits run agents or pipelines that edit XLSX, DOCX, PPTX or PDF files people already rely on.
You give agents a code sandbox and need office documents edited inside it without a desktop office suite.
You ship import, export or editing of customer workbooks, decks or contracts and want a library you can embed.
You update the same models, packs and memos every month and need untouched parts left exactly as they were.

- This page summarizes the design partner program and is not an offer. The program applies to Wolf Runtime Orders with SynthGL, Inc.; the partner fee, acceptance test, opt-out, document handling and name rights are set in the written Order.
- List prices are the Wolf Runtime starting prices: Internal from $15,000 a year, Product from $60,000 a year and Platform from $150,000 a year. Renewal fees are set in the Order.
- During the opt-out window the license covers evaluation, development and testing inside your organization. Production use and distribution start when the window closes or when you waive the opt-out in writing.
